Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

We are passionate about preserving flowers and creating art with these special pressed booms.

We love pressing bridal bouquets from your special day and nothing brings us more joy than crafting a one-of-a-kind piece of dried flower art that encapsulates cherished memories or serves as a heartfelt gift.

With years of experience perfecting our flower pressing techniques, we take pride in creating a beautiful, simple, and enduring design tailored just for you.

Our Story

During the pandemic, I like most of you, really struggled with my mental health and being stuck inside the house.

As a child, some of my happiest memories were spent pressing flowers alongside my grandmother, whose gentle hands taught me the art of preserving nature's beauty. Those quiet afternoons, filled with laughter and stories, ignited my passion for pressing flowers. Equally cherished are the moments spent in the garden with my grandad, where we nurtured vibrant blooms and shared a love for the earth. Together, these experiences laid the foundation for my lifelong appreciation of flowers and the joy they bring to our lives.

So I decided to have a go at gardening to try and improve my mental health and wellbeing.

This however, was probably not one of the smartest of ideas! As at the time, we lived in a back-to-back terraced house in Kirkstall, Leeds. For those of you who aren’t familiar with these houses – they have no garden! I decided to convert our bin yard into a small oasis where I could cultivate beautiful flowers and have a lovely place to sit and enjoy the long summer evenings. My husband was obviously thrilled at the idea of building a garden from absolute scratch in the middle of a pandemic (spoiler alert: he was not thrilled but loves me so did it anyway!)

We spent a couple of months doing backbreaking work converting the bin yard to a garden; we also built large planters that would sit in front of the house to try and make the street prettier (plus give me more planting space). Over the next 3 years, we managed to become known as the 'flower house' and then, the 'crazy flower lady' (there were also some other more fruity words used - luckily I took it as a compliment!)

I found I was a natural at gardening, probably something passed down from my wonderful grandparents, and all of a sudden had an abundance of flowers I didn’t know what to do with! And so, my journey began as a personal quest to repurpose and create something unique with the vast number of flowers that I had grown from seed.

After countless trials, errors, and a lot (an insane amount), I refined my skills, returning to the fundamentals of traditional flower pressing. This effort culminated in the creation of something I am genuinely proud to offer—not just for my home, but to everyone looking to have beautiful, modern pressed flower art and for those who want to preserve memories from their special day.

Why choose us for flower preservation?

For me, flowers represent more than just beautiful decorations; they carry deep meaning and value. Why discard your expensive wedding blooms when they can be preserved to be cherished for generations to come?

My preservation approach emphasizes simple, clean, and modern designs infused with heartfelt sentiment. While it’s a slow and meticulous art form, the results make the wait worthwhile.

Uniquely Yours

Every frame we create showcases a blend of flower varieties and colours, adding depth and character. No two flowers will press the same way, making each frame a unique treasure.

This uniqueness adds to the magic of the process. Our pieces are genuinely yours, serving as a beautiful reminder of your special day without being overly “wedding” or cliché.

Based in West Yorkshire, I specialize in wedding bouquet preservation for clients across the entire UK.

The preservation process is straightforward—simply send your flowers to me carefully packaged in the post. I thoroughly enjoy receiving your beautiful blooms and transforming them into something truly special for you.

I look forward to preserving your flowers!
